The Fulton West
A Loft Micro Wedding Venue in Chicago's West Town
The Fulton West is a 3,000-square-foot loft at 319 N. Western Avenue in West Town, a few minutes west of the West Loop and Fulton Market. It's built for small weddings of 10 to 75 guests. The room has high ceilings, loft windows and natural light, white walls under a black-painted ceiling, arched doorways, and a private patio strung with café lights. The whole floor is yours for the event.
The Fulton West is run by Tionna Van Gundy, Wedicity's founder, so we know the room well. The photos on this page show it set a few ways. There are long tables in floral linens with black velvet chairs for dinner, rows of chairs for a ceremony, and a styled bridal shoot with a black arch and a candlelit table, along with showers and parties.
Planning a Wedding at The Fulton West
Every rental includes the furniture, so a small wedding doesn't start with a rental order. You get banquet tables with linens, 75 velvet Tribeca chairs plus garden chairs, high-tops, marble cabaret tables, bar stools, a movable bar, Wi-Fi, a projector and Bluetooth sound. The base package is six hours with cleaning included, and a venue manager is on site the whole time.
The vendor policy is open, so you can bring your own caterer, bartender, florist and planner, or choose from the preferred list. BYOB is allowed with host liquor liability insurance or a licensed caterer. The room holds the ceremony and the dinner, and the patio is the spot for cocktails. There's free street parking on Fulton and Western, two spaces for the hosts, and a private loading zone through the back gate.
